INCA Networks provides cybersecurity consulting services including security assessments, compliance advisory, penetration testing, and managed security services. Specific deliverables will be defined in individual service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking for consultation services. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours before: Full refund
24-48 hours before: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours: No refund

Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of INCA Networks and is protected by copyright laws. Deliverables from our services become your property upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. NDAs are available upon request for formal engagements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. These limitations do not affect your statutory rights under Irish law.

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Transmit malicious code
Use automated tools to scrape data
Use the website for unlawful purposes

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
